Founded in 2022, Route 101 Motorsports is proudly family-owned by a native San Diego family who live and have their business headquarters right here in San Diego (Carlsbad, CA), and with the 2026 launch of our LA location, we're returning to our roots and the town where we were all born and raised!
Our family has been riding motorcycles since the age of five. Glenn, the founder, raced motocross and 750 GP bikes in his early years. Collectively, the family has amassed over 100 years of motorcycle riding experience.

The price you see online is the price you pay—no hidden fees and no surprise costs at checkout. We include free riding gear, Venom Full Face Helmets, authentic Harley-Davidson leather riding jackets, and Milwaukee leather riding gloves with every rental. As a family-owned business, we strive to minimize costs so you can maximize the ride. We know what it’s like to count dollars and cents!
3. Industry Lowest $500 Deposit
Other rental companies charge a $1,000 to $3,000+ damage deposit, which can tie up your funds for days — or even weeks during your trip.
At Route 101 Motorsports, we never ask for a penny over $500 as a refundable damage deposit. We release the deposit hold the moment you return the bike, and your deposit funds are typically back on your card and available to use within 24 hours!

4. Convenient and Flexible Rentals
You can book and ride the same day — with no $100 upcharge to confirm the bike you want. The bike you choose is the bike you ride, with none of the hidden fees or surprise costs other rental businesses tack on at checkout.
We offer flexible rental options with no minimum rental periods. Rent:
- Same Day for 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours, or 12 hours (return by 8pm—even after regular business hours)
- One day, five days, a week, three weeks, a month—or longer.

5. Professionally Maintained
Every motorcycle in our fleet undergoes a comprehensive 100-point inspection after every single rental.
Inspections are completed by a professional, certified Harley-Davidson mechanic, because your safety — and the safety of your passenger is always our top priority.
Peer-to-peer rental sites can’t guarantee this level of maintenance. Don’t risk your ride or your vacation on a privately owned bike that may not meet professional safety standards.
6. Delivery Service
For a nominal fee, we offer motorcycle delivery within 50 miles of Carlsbad, CA (92011)
to your home, Airbnb, hotel, or any location of your choice within our delivery radius.
One delivery fee can accommodate up to three motorcycles for ultimate convenience.
